hello...
yeah, you read that right. i have so many things i'm really pissed off about with this terrible bank and how it handles its infrastructure. i don't mean infrastructure in the literal sense, but rather their terrible mobile platform and the whole system. i mean, the regime that did not trust some of their best talents but instead used influencers to launch their propaganda under disguise clearly shows their true colors. they did not want to make this country better than their neighbors. it's not even a fucking secret anymore
so yeah, long story short...
i began to realize that this was also part of my problem and ignorance, i forgot to remind my mom to pay the tuition fee, which is so expensive (and honestly, every day i regret becoming part of their alumni after graduation). long story short, today is the day I’m supposed to pay the tuition fee because tomorrow, the day I'm writing this note, is the last day for payment. i don’t know, bruh, i honestly never tried to see what would happen if i didn’t pay the tuition for the whole semester. my initial thought was that since i’m in my second-to-last semester before graduating, there’s no need for the campus to drain my mom’s savings. but now i realize i was wrong. so, my mom and i want to resolve this issue, starting with their unreliable mobile banking platform.

because i lost my phone and previous phone number, the operator began to reconfigure the app to use my new phone number for login, which is impressive because it requires an OTP message every time you log in. clearly shows their security isn’t as robust as citibank’s. shame on them. fast forward, the mobile banking platform worked eventually, but this time i have to wait for another 3-4 more fucking hours because they said there’s trouble with their servers, which is ridiculous. obviously, i need to complain to the developer about this app. what's crazy is but the staff, afraid to face the issue, simply asked other operators what was going on, essentially just acting as informants. this bank and its entire institution, supposedly a government bank, did not perform well as like citibank or bca.
tomorrow i have to deal with them because my account got blocked due to me forgetting my PIN. it’s my own stupidity, of course, but i feel this situation is a result of both my ignorance and their poor performance...
i swear, as soon as i graduate, i would like to open a new account with either bca or citibank. i've looked into customer reviews to see how satisfied people are with the performance of these two banks. especially bank central asia, my mom is one of their customers and she said that this bank is reliable and trusted. although their mobile app might not have the most attractive ui, it prioritizes staff support and robust technological performance over aesthetics which is, unfathomable based? 😳😳😳
